In July 2007 the legislation that regulates the legal profession has been amended now allowing lawyers to establish limited liability companies through which they will be offering their services<

REGISTRATION OF LEGAL COMPANY

ANDREAS V. ZACHARIOU & CO LLC was incorporated in accordance with the provisions of Cap. 2 as amended in 2007.

EURO IMPLEMENTATION

The EURO has become the official currency of Cyprus since 1/1/2008. From the 1/2/2008 Cyprus pound is no longer  used in any transaction.
